convenient location

The superior king room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed and fine views. I really enjoyed the spa with a great variety of wellness therapies for couples. The hotel is also in a prime location, offering easy access to attractions and shopping centers. The service was really good, with friendly staff always ready to help.

I thoroughly enjoyed delicious breakfast, absolutely gorgeous views.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, TV set and a mini fridge bar. A bidet in the amazing bathroom was super awesome. Great and gorgeous location, it was just next door to highest hill, and central Sulaymaniyah.

We loved the fine views from the hotel and how clean everything was. The staff was so attentive. Sharo from the front office. Our kid enjoyed playing in the nearby park, a nice touch.

My children wished the breakfast had more kid-friendly options.

Single stays with unique charm

I was genuinely impressed. A valet took my car as I strolled into the hotel and a porter with my wife's cute pink suitcase guided us smoothly to a fine view.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was acceptable for the quality provided.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The hotel had comfortable beds in the Superior King Room, but I recommend addressing the hot water issues. The curtains didn't block out the morning light well, waking me up earlier than desired. The coffee quality didn't match the price. Consider offering better coffee options and improved service.

It was just a smart choice for a holiday in Sulaymaniyah with high value for money. The relaxation after the massage was quite good despite the oil quality. Bring your own water for wellness amenities.
